① Open the mobile app or open the Perplexity official website (click to go directly) in a browser

② In the bottom-right corner "Enter your email," enter the account, click "Continue with email," then enter the verification code received in that account's email to log in!

After-Sales Policy:

① Perplexity accounts come with one week of after-sales support. If the account is banned, it can be replaced.

② Pro monthly membership offers after-sales support for banned accounts. If a Pro monthly membership loses its Pro status or the account is banned, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining available days, with refund amount = transaction price ÷ 30 × remaining days - 10 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Pro monthly membership purchased for 165 yuan is banned after 7 days of use; the refund is 165 ÷ 30 × (30 - 7) - 10 = 116.5 yuan.)

③ Pro annual membership offers a one-year warranty. If the account is banned or loses its membership status, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining available months, with refund amount = transaction price ÷ 12 × remaining months - 60 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Pro annual membership purchased for 180 yuan, if the purchase time is less than 30 days, only the 60 yuan handling fee is deducted and the refund is 120 yuan. After more than 30 days from purchase, if banned after 37 days of use, calculated as 1 month used, the refund is 180 ÷ 12 × (12 - 1) - 60 = 105 yuan.)

④ If a Max monthly membership loses its Max status or the account is banned, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining available days, with refund amount = transaction price ÷ 30 × remaining days - 30 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Max monthly membership purchased for 1600 yuan is banned after 7 days of use; the refund is 1600 ÷ 30 × (30 - 7) - 30 = 1196.67 yuan.)

⑥ When the refund amount is less than 0 yuan, it is treated as 0 yuan.
