Required fields:

  • Which of the following countries/regions do you think your account should be associated with to be more accurate?

    • Input box: Enter the country/region you want to associate with (for example, the United States).

  • Why do you think the updated account-associated country/region is more accurate?

    • Options:
      • I live in another country/region
      • I moved to another country/region in the past year
      • My place of residence or work is near the border of that country/region
      • My place of residence and place of work are in different countries/regions
      • I travel frequently
      • I frequently use a VPN dedicated to me
      • I share my device with someone who lives or works in another country/region
      • None of the above (recommended choice)

Key tips:

  • Select “None of the above” and clearly describe your needs in the explanation. Reference example:
    • Example: I need to use Claude for work, please help me change my account's associated country to the United States.
    • Template: I need to use [service name] for work, please help me change my account to [target country/region].
