Getting started

Sign in with the Cloud Account Name, username and password, then complete 2FA.
Create an instance: Menu → Compute → Instances → Create; choose an image (e.g. Ubuntu) and shape.
Configure networking: open the ports you need in the VCN security list.
Connect over SSH with your key.

Tips

Keep your 2FA authenticator safe — losing it makes recovery very hard.
Never run mining or other prohibited workloads, or the account will be terminated.

How do I receive my order after paying?

Orders are delivered manually: after successful payment, the account or card code is sent to your order email during working hours (9:00–21:00, UTC+8). You can check your order details anytime on the order lookup page by order number, email or browser cache.

What payment methods are supported?
