What you can pay for:
① If you stop using the card and want a refund, any remaining balance is refunded at the exchange rate at purchase (minus a 2.5% fee on the balance); the opening fee is non-refundable, and the card will be closed and deleted.
② Due to force majeure, there is no after-sales support once a card has been used to pay. Any refund requires refund proof and is compensated based on the amount actually received on this card.
