"Free Trial account with $300 credit": an official Google Cloud Free Trial account with Google's $300 welcome credit, valid for 90 days from sign-up. This is official credit — not a top-up balance and not a paid account.
Other options are as named; if you're unsure whether it fits your use, ask support before ordering.
[Google's official trial limits (not account problems)]
During the free trial, Google does not allow you to:
① add GPUs to VMs (e.g. G4, A100 machine types);
② use Google Cloud Marketplace;
③ request quota increases;
④ create Windows Server VMs;
⑤ use credits for third-party generative AI models (model as a service).

Upgrade the billing account to a paid account in the console (requires your own payment method). Remaining credit is kept and still usable within the original 90 days; anything beyond it is charged by Google to your payment method. We can help you do this.

CNY refunds and USD refunds are only made back to the original payment method, and USDT refunds are only made on the BSC network.
