① If an account used on your device was banned before, a new account used on the same device faces a very high risk of being banned too. We recommend following How to clear device data to protect a new Claude account.
② OAuth tokens obtained from Claude Free, Pro or Max accounts may only be used with the Claude Code CLI and claude.ai. Using such a token in any other product, tool or service (including third-party agent frameworks and custom tools outside the Agent SDK, such as OpenClaw) clearly violates the Consumer Terms of Service; the account will be banned and you bear any resulting loss.
③ To top up or renew a subscription, please wait until the current membership has expired before buying. We are not responsible for any membership time lost by topping up early.
