Product Usage:

For Android devices:

①Open the Google Play Store app. You need to sign in to your Google account, Google Sign-in Tutorial (click to go directly).

②Navigate to the “Menu” icon in the top left corner.

③Select “Redeem” from the menu.

④Enter your unique code to redeem your card.

For Web browsers:

①Sign in to your Google account, Google Sign-in Tutorial (click to go directly)

②Visit the Google Gift Card official website (click to jump), and click Redeem in the top right corner

③Enter the code to redeem your USA Google Play gift card

Note:

When redeeming, be sure to use a stable VPN for the corresponding region. If the VPN is unstable, the official system may detect it as spoofing and lock the card, as the official rules are currently fairly strict.

About region lock and code lock — common issues and solutions:

①Region lock message: Unable to redeem this code, this code can only be redeemed in the XXXX country or region

This happens when Google detects that you are not in this country but believes you are abroad. Don't worry too much. We recommend that after 2 hours, once things are properly configured, use a dedicated IP for the country you are in and redeem again following the logic. There is a high chance it will succeed, but do not try repeatedly — frequent attempts may cause a code lock!

②Region lock message: An error occurred while redeeming the code. Error code PRS-GCRPM-01

This is most likely due to a poor network connection. Don't worry if this happens — restart the IP, and after it stabilizes, try again. There is a chance it will succeed. If it does not succeed, do not try again; wait 2 weeks and try again, or you can ask a friend abroad to redeem it for you.

③Code lock message: The gift card requires you to provide detailed information before it can be redeemed for you

1. In this case, it usually can no longer be topped up — the card is dead. (If you still want to try, after two months you can create a new account for the country you are in! Do not change the payment information on the original account! You can only create a new native account, then switch to a dedicated IP and try again.) If the payment still fails, the redemption code has been turned into a digital card, and you need to go to a Google store in your country or region to reactivate this code, then redeem it yourself. In other words, you or a friend would need to make a trip to the store to activate it — almost no one would bother for such a small amount, so this is what we call a dead card.
