The AC+ sold by this store are all mainland China (Guohang) versions
The 1-Year Version only includes unlimited accidental damage coverage and does not extend the warranty period
The 2-Year Version only includes unlimited accidental damage coverage and adds one extra year of warranty to the device, for a total of 2 years of warranty
Important note: For the 2-Year AC+ for phones, the annual upgrade (year-on-year replacement) service is not included; the annual upgrade requires the phone to be purchased from the official website or an Apple Store, with the 2-Year AC+ added at the same time of purchase, in order to be eligible, which means you can only participate after purchasing at the official original price. AC+ purchased afterward or through the phone's settings does not include the annual upgrade.
Purchase Time Requirements:
1. For devices purchased from the official website or the official Tmall store, the count starts from the shipping time.
2. For devices purchased from dealers or third parties such as Suning and JD.com, the count starts from the actual activation of the device.
3. For devices purchased from Apple Stores, the count starts from the day of dispatch.
The warranty for all devices is subject to official after-sales handling; whether faulty parts or the whole device are replaced is determined by the official side.
Refunds are not supported after successful registration. Placing an order indicates your acceptance; otherwise, please do not place an order. Thank you for your understanding.
For non-Guohang (non-mainland) devices, the warranty is subject to after-sales handling; we recommend consulting after-sales in advance to confirm whether non-Guohang devices are accepted.
