Using your account:

① The account works on the ChatGPT website and in the ChatGPT mobile app (Android build — no rooting or flashing required).

② Credentials are delivered with your order. Two extra confirmation steps can appear:

1. An emailed confirmation code — it arrives in the mailbox that ships with the account, which is readable from your order page.

2. A time-based code — the account ships with a Base32 secret, and our authenticator tool turns that secret into the six-digit code the sign-in screen asks for.

After-Sales Policy:

① ChatGPT accounts come with one week of after-sales support. If the account is banned, it can be replaced.

② After-sales support is provided for banned Plus monthly memberships. If a Plus monthly membership loses its Plus membership status or the account is banned, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining usable days, with the refund amount = transaction price ÷ 30 × remaining days - 10 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Plus monthly membership purchased for 165 yuan is banned after 7 days of use, the refund amount is 165 ÷ 30 × (30 - 7) - 10 = 116.5 yuan.)

③ Plus annual memberships come with full-year warranty. If the account is banned or loses its membership status, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining usable months, with the refund amount = transaction price ÷ 12 × remaining months - 30 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Plus annual membership purchased for 1800 yuan, if the purchase time is less than 30 days, only the 30 yuan handling fee is deducted before refunding, so the refund amount is 1770 yuan; if the purchase time exceeds 30 days, such as being banned after 37 days of use, if calculated as 1 month used, the refund amount is 1800 ÷ 12 × (12 - 1) - 30 = 1620 yuan.)

④ No after-sales support is provided for Pro monthly membership recharge/subscription.

⑤ After-sales support is provided for new Pro monthly membership accounts. If a Pro monthly membership loses its Pro membership status or the account is banned, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining usable days, with the refund amount = transaction price ÷ 30 × remaining days - 30 yuan handling fee. (For example: a Pro monthly membership purchased for 1550 yuan is banned after 7 days of use, the refund amount is 1550 ÷ 30 × (30 - 7) - 30 = 1158.33 yuan.)
