1. Choose Get started to begin the annual report

2. After Get started, you enter this link page https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/ARWizard.aspx, where you enter the filing id you obtained when you registered the company. This information can be found in the pdf file you received when registering the company. Or, using the company name, you can find it on the Name Search text-link page on the current page.

For example, let's do the annual report and tax filing for the following company

3. Click next to go to the next page, the mailing address information page. This address can be the same as the company's registered address. After confirming the address, click next to go to the next step

4. Go to the next page and confirm the company's registered address; be careful to check whether the email is correct. Generally, it should be changed to your own email.

5. The tax filing page. All information can be filled in according to the actual situation, as long as the final income is less than $500. You can also simply fill in 0 for everything;

Click next to go to the confirm page, and check your company information to make sure there are no errors

Finally, write your own name and contact email. After payment is successful, the annual report and invoice will be sent to this email

Click next to arrive at the payment btn page, click the pay button, and enter your bank card information; both visa/master are accepted

After payment is successful, you arrive at the following page. One is the payment invoice, and the other is the annual report. Both can be clicked to download; just archive them
